What kind of quality assurance measures do you have in place for your products?
Ensuring product quality is our company’s top priority:
- Preparations For Mass Production – Our products will undergo testing and certification by SGS or TUV.
- Mass Production – We will implement rigorous IQC testing and have the quality manager inspect the production process to ensure 100% product aging.
After Mass Production – Following batch customization, we also conduct AQL sampling tests.
Quality Assurance – We provide a 3-year warranty along with an optional 5-year extension.
What is your MOQ?
Silkscreen logo on the product- （The MOQ is 20 pieces ）, Color Box Customization – (The MOQ is 100pcs), Product Color Customization – (The MOQ is 500pcs), Product Shape Customization – (The MOQ is 1000pcs).
What is the after-sales service provided?
We offer product parts and full machine replacement services. For engineering projects, we provide on-site service by sending our engineers to assist throughout the entire process. Maintaining zero customer complaints is also a key objective of our work.
What are the accepted payment terms?
- T/T,30% deposit paid before production,and the balance paid before delivery.
- We also offer cash on delivery as a payment option for select areas.
- Support LC payment.
How do you ship the goods?
Typically, we use shipping services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and air or sea shipping. However, we will assess each case individually. For samples, we strive to ensure that customers receive them within 3-5 working days. As for small quantities of goods, the delivery time will depend on whether they are shipped by air or sea. Shipping by air typically takes 7 days, while shipping by sea takes around 30 days for delivery.

How can we obtain free tooling support from your company?

How do I use your wall-mounted electric vehicle charging station?
Our wall-mounted electric vehicle charging stations are easy to install. Prior to installation, you will need to apply for a three-phase power supply. Then, simply follow the installation instructions and you will be able to use it directly.
Can a wall-mounted charging station be used without a three-box electric car?
In the presence of a three-phase power supply, the maximum power can be utilized, and an 11KW charger can charge at 11KW. If there is no three-phase power supply, in the case of a two-phase power supply, an 11KW charger can only operate at 3.5KW.
